Stroller around two children without the bulk of most double strollers. View larger. | A Stroller Built for Two This versatile stroller has two seats that can be configured for use with a toddler and an infant, or even with twins. The front, forward-facing seat, designed for toddlers up to 50 pounds, gives your child a front-seat view of the action; and it can be adapted to hold a Graco SafeSeat or Graco SnugRide car seat as well for smaller infants. Dual snack/beverage holders keep food and drink close at hand, and a storage cubby beneath the seat offers room for your little one to stash his treasures. The seat has a three-point harness; a canopy keeps the sun and rain away, and a multi-position reclining back makes for a more comfortable ride. The back seat is elevated to give your child a clear view and is designed to accept all Graco SafeSeat and Graco SnugRide Infant Car Seats. Snap your baby's car seat into the stroller for easy, parent-facing transportation until your little one can sit up by herself; use the stroller without the car seat--with your child facing forward--from the time she can sit up (around 6 months of age) until she is up to 40 pounds in weight--so even when your child outgrows the infant car seat, you'll still be using the stroller for a while to come. This back seat includes a three-point harness, a snack tray with two snack/beverage holders and an adjustable, flat-laying reclining seat for easy napping, as well as an adjustable canopy with a peek-a-boo window. Convenient, Easy Operation for Parents Double strollers can be bulky, making them difficult to push and to load into your car. But the Graco Quattro Tour Duo folds 20-percent smaller than other Graco double strollers to make storage and transport more convenient. Its lightweight construction and unique, ergonomic handles make the stroller easier and safer to maneuver, as do the lockable swivel front wheels with suspension. In addition, easy-to-use, one-touch foot brakes add to the stroller's ease-of-use. And when you're done with your walk, simply push a button to activate the one-handed gravity fold to easily collapse the stroller. The stroller includes a drop-down basket that offers easy access to your gear, even when the back seat is fully reclined; and the parent storage tray includes two convenient cup holders. About Graco In 1942, Russell Gray and Robert Cone formed Graco Metal Products, in Philadelphia, PA. For 11 years, the firm fabricated machine and car parts for local manufacturers. In 1953, Gray left the firm, leaving Cone as sole owner. Cone decided to manufacture his own line of products, but had trouble coming up with ideas. Enter David Saint, an engineer, tinkerer, and stained glass artisan who worked for Graco. Saint, himself a father of nine, was intrigued when an associate told him how his wife would soothe their tired and cranky baby while swinging in a backyard glider swing. Acting on this inspiration, he went to the drawing board and 18 months of hard work later, the world's first wind-up infant swing, the Graco Swyngomatic, was born. Graco sold millions of Swyngomatics in the coming years, becoming one of the world's leading manufacturers of juvenile products in the process. Today, Graco is a Newell Rubbermaid company, with 1500 associates worldwide. While a half-century has brought many changes to Graco, their dedication and commitment to designing and manufacturing top-quality products remains, and continues on. Convenient and comfortable July 22, 2010 Mom of 2 This stroller meets the needs of our two boys wonderfully. Baby can lay flat in the back while our toddler sits up front and enjoys the view. I'm very happy with the deep cupholders (even tall water bottles stay in place) and the huge basket that lowers for easy access (this was a little stiff and hard to lower at first, but with use becomes a bit easier). The seatbelts are easily changed from 3 to 5 point harness. Big wheels make taking curbs a breeze while giving the little ones a smooth ride. I also love the easy one-hand latch on the back of the seats for reclining. I'm 5'3" and my husband is 6' yet we both can push this stroller with ease due to the design of the handlebar. The Graco Snugride carseat fits in the front or back; we use it on the back seat, but it is very snug and a bit difficult to lift out. The cons: it is a large, standard-sized double stroller weighing in at 40 lbs. Do not be deceived by the pictures as I was which give it the appearance of a smaller tandem. Some reviews state that it will not fold if the front canopy is attached. This is not exactly true. It will fold but it does push against the backseat enough to "bend" the backseat which seems to be a bit flimsy. The front seat is sturdier, as it should be since it holds the heavier child. Yet when feeling the backseat that the younger child would lean against, it almost feels like cardboard. So in order not to "bend" the backseat any further I do take off the front canopy (which is very simple and stores easily in the basket when folded) to collapse the stroller. Not a huge deal to me, but may bother some. The main con is that this fabric easily snags (I have the platinum color).
Overall, this double stroller meets our needs, is loaded with conveniences for parents and is a smooth, comfortable ride for the little ones. Easy to fold, easy assembly, easy to use.
LOVE IT! July 1, 2010 Jennifer DeLong I love this stroller. It has all the bells and whistles and is often refered to as the cadilac by onlookers!
EXCELLENT!!!! May 31, 2010 A. White (BROOKLYN, NY) I have a 14month old & a 2week old!!! And it's so easy to push them in this light weight stroller (for a double stroller that is). It's very trendy, my 14month old never wants to get out of it & my newborn is very comfy in the back even w/out the car seat =)
LOVE, LOVE THIS STROLLER & SO DOES MY HUSBAND!!!!
Great stroller April 26, 2010 TrustInChrist My wife loves this stroller as do I. Our kids love it as well. It is nicely constructed and breaks down very easily. I would recommend this stroller to anyone looking for an affordable dual stroller.
Best stroller we've had April 22, 2010 J. Nieto This stroller fits our 3-year and 6-month old kids comfortably. Storage capacity is great also. I would have given it a 5-star review if it hadn't bent one of the front cup holders while folding it. So be careful when folding, you want to make sure those cups are not in the way.
