I had ordered it because I am not on the small side but when I received my Ergo, it fit me with room to spare so I returned this extender but it is really well made and it does what it is supposed to.

It's just as sturdy as the carrier, so no worries about slipping or breaking. The carrier fits me fine, but my husband had to suck in his stomach to get it on, so it was tight and uncomfortable. With the extension, he can comfortably wear it too.
