 Looks good, but doesn't fit our doorframes July 6, 2010

Maybe it's because our house is over 100 years old. I don't know, but i read and did all the measurements, but when it arrived it wouldn't fit. It may be because from the edge of the door frame to where the top ledge part is quite long. I wish the description had been better because then I would have known this, but there wasn't even a picture of what the attachment looks like.

I had a hard time finding this in stores and was amazed at how many options I found on Amazon. I think it is great for the price. It was really easy to put together too. About a week after I bought this, I found one at a gently used consignment shop for only $10 and it even had a tray with toys attached and a rubber edging around it so it wouldn't bang the wood. I gave it to grandma, but I wouldn't have minded it for my house.

This product is great, just make sure you have a very sturdy door opening to attach the Johnny Jump to. Your child will enjoy the freedom of being able to jump and swing.

New Mama
Our baby girl is 6 months old and we've had this item for a couple of months now. She doesn't jump in it yet, but she does love to swing and twirl around and her favorite time to use this is when I am cooking dinner or cleaning the kitchen. She would much rather be in this and watch me or play with the dog as it runs by, than stuck in her highchair or playing by herself in the living room.
The spring is a little stiff, but I think once baby starts jumping, it will loosen up. Regardless, she loves it, so that makes me a happy mama!

At first my daughter was a little unsure about the Jump up but now she loves it and even when she is not in the Jump up she is jumping and she is just growing by leaps and bounds.
