Besides missing your period, you might start feeling morning sickness which could come at any time…not just morning. Mainly, my boobs were very tender, almost sore.

i have a ten week old son, and i found out that i was pregnany at 3 wks and 4 days. i had heartburn real bad and had to pee all the time for one day, i came home from work took a test that night and it was positive, but i knew from the signs that i was even before i took the test.

The general signs of pregnancy in your first month is you are gonna be tired!!! Not all women are the same but personally all i wanted to do was sleep!!! You pee alot, you may be sick to your stomach alot, have food cravings and food you cant stand.And your breasts will change, they will hurt, they may get bigger, feel heavy,tender and tingly, and your nipples may get darker. You could experience all of these or none at all. Every woman is different.
